Bonus information
A full account of the terms behind the headline figures, for readers in New Zealand: how wagering is counted, which caps apply to whom, what the codes are and how the weekly offers fit together. Amounts are in New Zealand dollars.
I. Ground rules
Bonuses are restricted to one per person and per household. In deciding who is one person, the casino weighs the address, email, IP address, phone number, bank or card, e-wallet account and device. Duplicate accounts are shut and their winnings and active bonuses taken away.
Each deposit bonus is built from the same pieces: a minimum deposit, a maximum bonus, a wagering target, a maximum bet while wagering and a limited lifetime. If an offer doesn't say otherwise, the defaults printed here apply.
Bonus credits are booked on the UTC clock. If real and bonus money sit in the same balance, real money is used first, and the bonus finishes once its own balance is gone. Withdrawals can't be requested until wagering is complete. Ask early for your own deposit back and the bonus and its winnings are forfeited, while the rest is paid out.
II. Wagering and what each game counts for
Wagering is a multiple of the bonus, or of the free-spin winnings, that must be staked before the money is withdrawable. The standard is ×40 for the welcome offer and most weekly offers, ×35 for VIP versions and ×30 for the Highroller bonus.
Pokies count 100% towards wagering, except jackpot pokies and a published list of excluded titles. Every other game, from live tables to instant games, counts 5% of the stake. The bet limit also covers double-up rounds and bonus rounds bought inside a game.
III. Bet limits and win caps
Default limits in New Zealand dollars, in force unless a specific offer states others:

- No-deposit free spins and similar gifts: winnings are capped at NZ$34, or NZ$1,700 for VIP players, and a withdrawal needs at least one successful real-money deposit.
- Free-spin winnings from a deposit bonus: five times the qualifying deposit, at most NZ$1,700 (VIP: five times, at most NZ$8,500).
- Cash-bonus winnings: twice the deposit, at most NZ$8,500 (VIP: five times, at most NZ$17,000).

Free-spin winnings are capped at NZ$170 per stage. Cancelling a stage's cash bonus also cancels that stage's later spin batches.
V. The weekly offers
The standard weekly calendar. Each offer is available once a week, and where two versions exist only one can be activated.

Spins from the Monday and Wednesday offers must be activated within two days and played within three. Weekend reload spins must be activated within one day.
VI. Verification bonuses

VII. Free spins, explained
Each offer fixes the value of its free spins; seasonal offers, for example, use €0.10 per spin and €0.20 for their VIP versions. Spins are credited on named games, and most offers let you choose one of two.
Delaying a round in a bonus feature until wagering is over, or making a new deposit while a feature is still pending, is not allowed. Nor is using bonus money only to progress a feature and finishing the last step with real money.
VIII. Fair play
Bonus abuse, hedging with several accounts, exploiting technical faults and any other way of gaining an unfair edge can lead to forfeited winnings, cancelled bonuses and closed accounts. The casino decides on reasonable grounds and may ask you to verify personal and payment details before paying winnings.
IX. Currency
On the New Zealand site amounts are in New Zealand dollars. The casino publishes each promotion in EUR, USD, AUD, CAD and NZD at a fixed ratio, so an NZD figure is the euro value times about 1.7, rounded. The tables here already show NZD values.
X. Changes
The casino may change or cancel promotions and these terms at any time. If a translation and the English version differ, the English version prevails. Check the card in your account for the version that applies to you.
