Bonus conditions
A full statement of the terms behind the headline figures, for Canadian readers: how wagering is counted, which ceilings apply to whom, what the codes are and how the weekly offers fit together. All amounts are in Canadian dollars.
I. Preliminary rules
A bonus may be claimed once per person and per household. In deciding who counts as one person the casino looks at address, email, IP address, phone number, bank or card, e-wallet account and device. Duplicate accounts are closed, and the winnings and live bonuses attached to them are removed.
Each deposit bonus is made up of the same elements: a minimum deposit, a maximum bonus, a wagering target, a maximum bet during wagering and a limited lifetime. Where a promotion says nothing on a point, the defaults printed here apply.
Bonus credits are booked to the UTC clock. Where real and bonus money share a balance, the real money is used first and the bonus ends when its own balance is exhausted. No withdrawal may be requested until wagering is complete. A request to take back your own deposit early forfeits the bonus and its winnings, and the remainder is paid.
II. Wagering and the weighting of games
Wagering is a multiple of the bonus, or of the free-spin winnings, that must be staked before the funds become withdrawable. The usual multiple is ×40 for the welcome offer and most weekly offers, ×35 for VIP editions and ×30 for the Highroller bonus.
Slots count 100% toward wagering, with the exception of jackpot slots and a published list of excluded titles. Every other game, live tables and instant games included, counts for 5% of the stake. The bet ceiling extends to double-up rounds and to bonus rounds bought within a game.
III. Maximum bets and win caps
The default ceilings in Canadian dollars, in force unless a particular offer names others:

- Free spins without a deposit and similar gifts carry a winnings cap of C$30 (C$1,500 for VIP players), and a withdrawal presupposes at least one successful real-money deposit.
- Free-spin winnings from a deposit bonus are limited to five times the qualifying deposit, with a ceiling of C$1,500 (VIP: five times, ceiling C$7,500).
- Winnings from a cash bonus are limited to twice the deposit, with a ceiling of C$7,500 (VIP: five times, ceiling C$15,000).
IV. The welcome offer in four stages

Free-spin winnings are capped at C$150 per stage. If the cash bonus of a stage is cancelled, the remaining spin instalments of that stage are cancelled with it.

VI. Verification bonuses

VII. A note on free spins
What a free spin is worth is decided offer by offer. Seasonal offers, by way of example, run at €0.10 a spin and €0.20 in VIP editions. Spins are placed on named games, and the usual arrangement lets you choose one of two.
Holding a round in a bonus feature until after wagering is prohibited, as is depositing again while a feature is outstanding. So is using bonus money merely to advance a feature while playing the final step with real money.
VIII. Fair dealing
Bonus abuse, hedging across several accounts, exploitation of technical faults and any other attempt at an unfair advantage can result in forfeited winnings, cancelled bonuses and the closure of the account. The casino decides on reasonable grounds and may require personal and payment details to be verified before winnings are paid.
IX. Currency
On the Canadian site amounts are quoted in Canadian dollars. The casino publishes each promotion in EUR, USD, AUD, CAD and NZD at a fixed ratio, so a CAD figure is the euro value multiplied by about 1.5 and rounded. The tables on this page already show the CAD values.
X. Amendments
The casino may amend or withdraw promotions and these terms at any time. Where a translation and the English text differ, the English text prevails. The card in your own account shows the version that applies to you.
