VIP rewards
Thirty rungs, six divisions and a single rule: play, and the league moves you up. This page prints every threshold, prize and percentage in Canadian dollars.
I. How points are earned
Status points follow your stakes: $1 on slots earns a point, and so does every $10 on live, card, roulette, mines, crash, craps, poker, scratch and other non-slot games.
Every player starts on level 1 and is promoted the moment the points total reaches the next threshold. The level reward is credited automatically, except that cash rewards from level 21 are credited by the VIP manager. A minimum loss of C$15 in the period shown in your profile is a condition of level-up rewards.

The table gives the wagering on cash and on spins. Cash appears in Canadian dollars, spin value in euros or the equivalent. The VIP manager credits cash rewards above level 20, and level 30 adds a personal gift. A dash means that nothing is paid at that level.
IV. Weekly cashback
Cashback opens on level 6 to players with at least one successful deposit. It is credited on Mondays between 11:00 and 12:00 UTC, must be activated inside three days, stays valid for seven, and carries ×1 wagering.
It is calculated as a percentage of your net result: deposits, less the current balance, less processed withdrawals, less pending ones. A loss of at least C$15 over the last seven days is required. The weekly ceilings by level run C$75, C$225, C$750, C$1,500, C$3,750, C$7,500 and C$15,000.
V. Rakeback
From level 16, 5% of the house edge on your casino play comes back to you every day. It is credited automatically between 07:00 and 08:00 UTC once C$1.50 has accumulated, with ×1 wagering.
VI. Spin games by rung
- Levels 2 to 10: Gold Rush with Johnny Cash, Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS and Wild West TRUEWAYS (BGaming).
- Levels 11 to 15: Elvis Frog in Vegas and Snoop Dogg Dollars (BGaming).
- Levels 16 to 30: games rotate between Snoop Dogg Dollars, Elvis Frog in Vegas, Wild West TRUEWAYS, Bonanza Billion, Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS, Aztec Clusters, Gemhalla and Aztec Magic Bonanza.
VII. Further privileges
Beyond cash and spins, the upper divisions bring a named VIP host, round-the-clock VIP support, higher or unlimited withdrawal limits, priority payouts, individual offers, highroller tournaments, a concierge, invitations to events and luxury gifts.
