Bonus fine print
A plain account of the terms behind the headline numbers, for readers in Australia: how wagering is counted, which caps apply to whom, what the codes are and how the weekly offers fit together. Amounts are in Australian dollars.
I. The basics
One bonus per person and per household. In judging who counts as one person, the casino compares address, email, IP address, phone number, bank or card, e-wallet account and device. Duplicate accounts are closed and their winnings and live bonuses taken away.
Every deposit bonus has the same parts: a minimum deposit, a maximum bonus, a wagering target, a maximum bet during wagering and a time limit. If a promotion is silent on a point, the defaults in this fine print apply.
Bonus credits are booked on the UTC clock. When real money and bonus money share a balance, the real money goes first, and the bonus ends once its own balance is gone. Withdrawals can't be requested until wagering is complete. Ask early for your own deposit back and the bonus and its winnings are forfeited, with the remainder paid.
II. Wagering and game contribution
Wagering is a multiple of the bonus, or of the free-spin winnings, that must be staked before the money can be withdrawn. The standard is ×40 for the welcome offer and most weekly offers, ×35 for VIP editions and ×30 for the Highroller bonus.
Pokies contribute 100% to wagering, apart from jackpot pokies and a published list of excluded titles. All other games, live tables and instant games included, contribute 5% of the stake. The bet cap also covers double-up rounds and bonus rounds bought in a game.

- No-deposit free spins and similar gifts: winnings capped at A$30, or A$1,500 for VIP players, and a withdrawal needs at least one successful real-money deposit.

VI. Verification bonuses

VII. Free spins in brief
Each offer sets the value of its spins; seasonal offers, for instance, use €0.10 a spin and €0.20 in their VIP editions. Spins are credited on named games, and in most offers you pick one of two.
You may not hold a round in a bonus feature back until after wagering, or deposit again while a feature is still pending. Using bonus money only to move a feature along and finishing the last step with real money is not allowed either.
VIII. Playing fair
Bonus abuse, hedging across several accounts, exploiting technical faults and any other attempt at an unfair edge can lead to forfeited winnings, cancelled bonuses and a closed account. The casino decides on reasonable grounds and may ask you to verify personal and payment details before paying winnings.
IX. Currency
Australian readers see amounts in Australian dollars. The casino publishes each promotion in EUR, USD, AUD, CAD and NZD at a fixed ratio, so an AUD figure is the euro value times about 1.5, rounded. The tables here already show AUD values.
X. Changes to the terms
The casino may change or withdraw promotions and these terms at any time. If a translation and the English version differ, the English version wins. The card in your own account shows the version that applies to you.
